1. Promoter

The promoter is Fund My Import Pty Ltd (ABN: xx xxx xxx xxx), operating the "Unlock Your Cashflow" promotion at the Reed Melbourne Gift Fair.

2. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Entrants must be entering on behalf of an Australian registered business.
• One entry per person / per email address for the duration of the promotion.
• Employees and immediate family members of the promoter are ineligible.

3. Entry Period

The promotion runs at the Reed Melbourne Gift Fair, 2-6 August 2026 2026. Entries close at 6:00 PM AEST on 6 August 2026.

4. Prize

• Instant prize: One (1) x $500 cash prize. Awarded to the first qualifying entrant whose self-selected 3-digit code matches the pre-seeded secret winning code.
• Second-chance draw: All non-instant-winning eligible entrants are automatically entered. One (1) x $500 cash prizewill be drawn on or before 7 August 2026 from the pool of eligible entries (including the instant-prize slot if unclaimed at campaign close).
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.
• Total prize pool value: up to $1,000 AUD (one guaranteed prize of $500).

5. How to Enter

Scan the QR code at the Reed Melbourne Gift Fair booth, complete the online registration form, answer the qualifying questions, set a 3-digit unlock code, and submit. The instant-win outcome is determined server-side at time of submission by comparing your code to the secret winning code, and is final.

6. Winner Determination

The instant-win winning code is pre-committed prior to campaign launch and stored in an auditable database record. The second-chance draw uses a cryptographically random seed, which is recorded in the audit log for verification purposes. Results are final and not subject to review.

7. Winner Notification

Instant winners are notified on-screen immediately and will be contacted via the email address provided within 2 business days to arrange prize delivery. Second-chance draw winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of the draw date (7 August 2026).

If an instant winner cannot be verified as eligible, the prize will roll into the second-chance draw.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process or act in bad faith.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through this promotion is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Your information will be used to:

• Administer this promotion and contact winners.
• Send you relevant communications about Fund My Import products and services, where marketing consent has been provided.

10. General

This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control arise. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms.
